Bathroom Renovations

Property in Wainoni. Needing a certified Drainlayer & plumber. Works required: - Drainage plan to apply for exemption through CCC. Needs to show current drainage layout, pipe sizes, & outfall to comply. I have drawn plans to scale to show what needs to be done: - Additional toilet into main bathroom. - Vanity, & shower into ensuite bathroom. - Laundry altered to suit new location. - External hot water cylinder to be installed & fitted to existing pipework if possible. - Potential for kitchen renovation work also works not requiring CCC approval.
