Hot Water Cylinder leaking

Hi there I was told that the hot cylinder needs to be replaced. First I would like to check if this is necessary Second if there is not solution. How much it will cost me this? 180l Low Pressure cylinder. Straight replacement. No valves upgraded. Includes: - Electrical disconnection only - Removal of HWC - Installation of new HWC - New gate valve - Rewasher of reducing valve - Disposal of HWC - re washer Laundry tub taps Test and commission all work.
