Bathroom Renovation

Hi, We are renovating a bathroom to remove bath, electric shower and sink and replacing with shower, twin sink and toilet. We will then renovate old toilet and laundry to make a smaller laundry and new bathroom with bath (shower over) sink and toilet. We will need a plumber for all plumbing jobs, we will do all the rest of renovation so need the plumber to provide certificate of design conformance and sign off work for planning permission which we understand is needed due to additional toilet. We need to have at least one sink and a toilet working all the time (less the odd day during plumbing work). We also want to have a whole house water filter fitted which we have for all hot and cold water less the toilets and outside taps. The job will be phased something like: 1 - check our plan is feasible and provide a certificate of design work 2 - isolate bathroom plumbing (we will then strip out old bathroom furniture and relay flooring and walling 3 - plumb in new shower room appliances and isolate old toilet and laundry (we will then move a wall, fit flooring and walls) 4 - fit whole house filter 5 - finalise all plumbing and sign off work for consent We have good access under the house for the plumbing work
