Constantly dripping outlet pipe - and my hot water is not hot!!
Job description
I have recently moved into my new house, but I've noticed an outlet pipe is constantly dripping - even when nearby services haven't been used but I'm not sure exactly what services it is connected to either...!! The exterior brick work around it is mouldy and constantly wet (see attached photo) so I am worried it will cause a bigger issue. I also seem to have a hot water supply in the kitchen that is not as warm as it should be - though other areas of the house seem to be fine. It would be great to get someone to come and look at both of these (small?) issues and recommend a course of action / fix them for me.
