The pipeline was broken. The two ends go through concrete are cracked so sleeves have to be inserted. Then one pipes is slightly higher than the other and they have to be connected and be leak proof. Only 6 inches gap but could be increased to 8. Want this done urgently. No a big job for someone who thinks laterally.
