Reconnecting an outhouse

We have an outhouse we’d like reconnected. This was in working order up until a couple years back, where we opted to have the water cut off at the toilet because it was making a slight noise. We’d now like to have this operational again. There’s easy access down the side of the house, and we’re not phased about having to cut into the walls etc. it’s just to have a secondary toilet now we have a few more people in the house. Toilet will be cleaned out prior to work being done.
