Hot water cylinder vent repair

Hi there, We've found evidence of leaking from what looks like the vent/pipe up to the roof from our hot water cylinder. It seems to be leaking into the ceiling, directly above the fuse box. We will be getting an electrician in to check the state of the wiring/fuse box, but we also need the root cause resolved. Thanks Marc
