Tempering valve options

I would like to look at options to reduce the temperature of the bathroom water. We have a low presure retrofit solar hotwater system with a traditonal tank. Because of the solar the hot water can get very hot and we now have a toddler who can operate the bathroom taps. Options would include a single tempering valve for the whole bathroom, vs replacing the taps for the shower, bath and sink with temperature controlled / limited taps. I am also open to other options if it is more sensible. I can attach photos of the taps if helpful at a later date.
