Toilet cistern needs fixing
Job description
There's a problem with my toilet that needs fixing. The toilet never has any water in it when it needs to be flushed so I have to take the lid off the cistern and meddle with the fill valve to get it to fill up. Once it's flushed it will automatically fill up but loses all the water again before the next flush.

Two visits ended up being made as issue wasn't properly diagnosed first time and the new part which was replaced failed to fix the problem. More new parts ended up being fitted on second visit fitted making this a very expensive job.

"Thanks Denise, your toilet did have 2 issues, your outlet valve was leaking water into the bowl which was replaced, on the day your ballcock was not sticking and seemed to be operating as normal, please note all parts were stocked in the van so there was no reason to leave site and come back. I also offered 50% discount on second trip.
