Stormwater grate replacement & asphalt repair

We have a stormwater drain located in the middle of the turning bay of our driveway. This has a lightweight aluminum grate (see photo attached) that is dislodged when cars run over it. This has caused damaged to the sump pipework. We would like this to be replaced with a heavy duty (cast iron) that can withstand traffic movements. Perhaps this needs to have a concrete surround for added strength.
