Retrofit, Ensuite Mixer Tap

We would like to replace our 2 individual taps, situated in the ensuite, with a single mixer tap which we have procured. Our vanity is of an older style (32mm) taps that does not accommodate the new modern size (40mm) tap. Water mains can be turned off at the drive way with ease. The Hot / Cold supply is an unequal pressure system. We are looking for a tradesman that can either upsize one of the existing tap holes or drill a new hole in the center of the vanity and then connect the new mixer tap. Please see the provided photos for reference of the existing taps, sink and the new tap.
