Service Toilets + discuss replacement options in the future

Hi There, We have 3 toilets that we would like to have serviced with a couple of issues: - 2 of them are a bit leaky after the flush - The third lesser used one is a bit stinky after a fresh flush It would be great if someone could come out to review immediate servicing options for them. Any upfront ballpark quotes for the servicing would be appreciated. We would also like to discuss replacement options for them in the future. They are all around 20+ years old now and a couple of them have 'dodgy' ventilation solutions. It would be great to get your take on what replacement options might look like. Thanks!
