There are a couple things that need to be fixed, the most important is 3 of the 4 screws holding the toilet down have come loose and are just decorative at this moment, the other is some of the plastic covers around the back have cracked (see photos). This is for my mother's house and she is having surgery tomorrow and will need to be able to use the toilet without fear of it breaking.
