Repair for leaking water main pipe
Job description
This job is for fixing two leaks in water main pipe under a shared driveway. The tradie undertaking this work will need to arrange subcontracting for excavation and filling up of sites to access the waterpipe. This job will involve accessing waterpipe, likely at 2 different sites, determining the extent of the problem, delivering a full quote of the work to be done, and then fixing the leaks and arrange filling up of the access sites. This job is on a shared driveway, so payment will be made by the 5 owners of properties on the side that the waterpipe belongs to, and separate billing for 1/5 of the total cost of the completed job to the individual owners of the units will be required. All communications regarding this job can be made to myself who is representing the 5 owners and will pass all relevant information along. This job is reasonably urgent as the water is continuously flowing throughout the day and looks to be gradually worsening.

Job (as described) was discontinued as this tradeperson determined the pipe did not belong to my property at an on-site inspection. They were very professional, responsive, and I am very pleased with the speedy delivery in resolving this.
