New drains needed for EQC job

I own two houses in central Christchurch the drains have cracked from the earthquake (have had a drain layer come and look at it but he can’t do the job he’s too busy) and I need them replaced there are a few houses on the line and so the sewage is coming up on to the section so I need it done sooner rather than later. What they require They need to provide a set format of paperwork and a copy of the CCTV footage. The drain layer must follow the Earthquake Commission (EQC) guidelines in undertaking any assessment or preparing any report on earthquake damage. The guidelines are available from our website here. EQC will rely on information provided by qualified drain layers who take a video recording from inside the lateral to identify any earthquake damage.
