Below is an email from my tenant describing what is happening. "I have been concerned about the dampness in the front lawn and the stormwater pipe is continuously dribbling water at the road outlet, I turned every tap off and the water meter is still ticking over, I assume we have a leak in the pipe somewhere, could you please arrange to have this checked"
