Inspection and repair work for leaking first floor shower

We have had a leak through the ceiling from an upstairs tiled shower. A plumber has advised the shower needs to be taken up and redone, but a builder will need to do it. The insurer also needs a damage report before approving a claim. So step 1 is an inspection, damage report, and quote, (would also get you to inspect downstairs shower for similar issues) and step 2 would be repairs. Looking for inspection/report ASAP. Works would be subject to cost or claim approval.
