water waste pipes

Hi, we have cracked water waste pipes in the ground, surrounding our house. We are looking to get these relaid with new pipes. This includes digging a new trench for pipes, as old pipes are inaccessible under decking. Old and new pipes need connecting at or near the down pipes of house and towards the end of the property, close to fence line. We are looking at doing at two possible ways of approaching This job. First is doing the majority of the work ourselves and wanting a plumber to sign off the reconnections of old to new, while still exposed in new trench. The second is getting a plumber to do the entire job. We would like to receive two seperate quotes and go forward from here with an more accurate appreciation of the job. Many thanks Debbie
