Plumbing fixture maintenance

We have two dripping bath taps that need washers replaced and two loose fixtures that need properly attaching (a laundry sink tap has come away from the bench top and a shower head fixture that is loose from the shower wall). I'm sure they will all be very easy fixes for someone who knows what they are doing, we need them done properly.
