Drainage issues

We have 3 drainage related issues to fix: 1. Our concrete patio drains to one U-shaped area which has two small holes in its corners drilled into the patio. The holes aren't blocked, but as you can see on the photo, water isn't draining - maybe due to mud underneath? Is there anything that can be done about this? 2. The second photo shows the drain at the end of our driveway. It is supposed to drain to the road, but seems to be blocked. 3. One of our toilets gets frequently blocked. We were told that it could be due to a small pipe used, but wanted to have it checked out if anything is blocking the pipe. Thanks
