Had to query original quote, explanation wasn't very clear re Labour cost, understand repair took under 40 mins & Labour charged re hourly basis. Extra 30 mins was not revelant as no restocking etc needed. Layton was lovely, was going to use when I move beginning of October but not now.

"The cost of the Job was exactly what I said it would be without looking at the job, very disappointing that you are disappointed, I could not have been any more transparent. Also of course we need to restock when material is used. Not to mention you had a horrible leak under your floor caused by Rats. I Believe you are not up to date on costs associated with trades people. Please do call someone else in future."
