Leaking cold taps - fix or replace

We have two leaking cold taps, we have replaced the tap washers but this has not improved or resolved the leaks. We would like guidance on whether we should A) have a plumber in to fix the existing taps or B) have them replace with entirely new taps. Please can you provide quote/pricing for both options A and B above. Please also can you give advice regarding the longevity of the existing taps (i.e. whether this type of tap is likely to have issues or not. We think they were part of the original build of the property so probably quite old)
