Drain Repair - Report & Quote

I require a written report and quote for an EQC repair. I have a broken stormwater pipe(PVC) with the break being under the house. The drainage pipe goes from the garage under the drive and a deck and connects to a T joint underneath the house. The break it as the T joint. There is a slump in the pipe between the garage and the house. I have a video of the pipe but the quality is not great. The drain backs up and floods the back of the section when the rain is really heavy.
