Pop up plug replacement

The pop up plug in the ensuite vanity won’t stay down. Tried to remove to clean but only managed to get the spring and top part off. (See photo)Can’t get the other part out. Would like it replaced with a new plug please. The silver top is about 38mm and the vanity is approximately 13 years old.
