Plumb a fridge

We need a water connection in order to plumb in a fridge. There is access to water in either the laundry or kitchen sinks (see photo). Both approx 2-3m away from the fridge. Older house on piles BUT there is no access under the floor as the manhole has been carpeted up in the past. In Ilam.
