Plumbing - replace galv pipe and fit new bathroom

We are renovating our Bathroom on 30th August 2010 and are looking for a plumber to come on the 1st or 2nd of Sept to run new pipe and replace the old Galv pipe. The bathroom is approx 4 meters from the Hot Water cylinder. The shower and bath with waste aren't moving from where they are now The vanity is moving about 1 meter. We have all the tapware ready to go.
