Fix/replace a leaky tap
Job description
Our tap in the bathroom is down in the off position but it’s still running. The workaround use to be to turn it around a bit towards the cold and it would turn off but now the pressure lowers but it’s still running. The shower is having a similar issue where we need to twist the handle a bit for it to turn off.

Tradie friendly and explained things well but charged us 2.5 hours labour to fix a tap. Tradie went off to purchase tap for us, returned 2 hours later and said he went back to his boss as wasn’t sure whether problem with shower could be replaced so they were looking on google, assured me when he returned we wouldn’t be charged for that time but after invoice sent through it was denied. He did knock 30 minutes off labour.
