Shower installation

We require our existing shower to be removed and our new shower installed. There maybe mould and water damage caused by the crack in the base of the existing shower so this would needing sorting too. The new shower is a little bigger but the trap is in the same place. Our bathroom has a tile floor so these will need adjusting to fit new shower. A picture of the existing shower has been attached as well as one of the new shower we require installed. We are needing this job done as soon as possible. Thanks.
