Remove and dispose existing toilet. Supply and install new toilet. (Provide option for built in cistern and external cistern - low window sill approx 1100mm from floor. Outlet centre to rear wall = 220mm.) Reroute existing water inlet pipe for discrete connection. Remove old vent pipe in room and cap at roof. Re-gib and plaster. No painting. Flooring not included.
