To trench and reinstate for underground cable installation. Requirements: 1. 700mm deep with 75mm thick layer of smooth clean river sand surrounding cables 2. Trench to be back filled, consolidated and surface restored to its condition prior to trenching. 3. Midway through backfilling lay a plastic warning strip. 4. Trenches across roads or paved areas shall be backfilled with crushed gravel not excavated material.
