Outbuilding plumbing

We have a garage that has been converted to a sleepout. We would like to install a shower, small sink, and a toilet. The washing machine plumbing will also have to be moved to the other side of the building. The sleepout has a raised floor with room for pipes underneath. The sleepout has not be finished yet so there will be reasonable access. The new fixtures will all be along outside walls. There is an existing laundry area out there with hot and cold water and a drain. We would like a plumber to install all of the plumbing required. We will install the fixtures ourselves. At the outset we will need you to prepare a simple site plan that we can use to submit to the council for their exemption approval.
