Reposting as this for some reason the plumber arranged stopped communicating... I am planning on re-modelling my bathroom which involves moving the plumbing for the basin, installing plumbing for the bath from the existing shower plumbing and installing a new toilet. The wall linings will be removed already and there is easy clean access under the house with a vapor barrier recently installed.
