Replace water heater with Instant Gas Water heater

We would like our old electric Hot water heater replaced with a new Instant gas Hot water heater. The current electric system is from 1996 and probably about to give up. It is easy to get to. The new system will go outside the house in the same area, West side. The current gas cylinders are on the East side of the house and are used for a gas fire and gas stove top. There is ample crawl space to connect from East to west. We would also like the gas cylinders moved to the West side of the house if possible. Please call for an appointment.
