Two smallish plumbing jobs for a qualified plumber. 1. Kitchen sink seems to have developed a leak which appears to be coming from where the sink outlet meets the down-pipe (possibly the seal?) 2. Toilet basin needs to have a new (supplied) outlet unit fitted. See the photos.
