Kitchen - Plumbing fridge to water supply

We are undergoing a kitchen renovation and need to plumb our fridge/freezer. We are also replacing cabinetry and tapware so need a plumber to work with kitcher installers likely week of 24th Feb. It will include removal of existing tap and installing new tap along with the fridge being plumbed for water supply. We have a mixture of cabinetry where we are keeping some old frames and adding new cabinets. Water supply for fridge/freezer will have to come via sink supply as closest possible source. Photos attached show existing cabinets that will remain and a design photo showing finished location of fridge.
