New plumbing to move laundry to conservatory.

Want to put washing machine and tub into conservatory, which is right next to where laundry is at present. Will require waste to be tied in to existing if possible and new piping through brick wall from laundry, plus capping/de-commissioning of old piping, as laundry is to be converted into an office. Will provide own tub, however am open to any deal that may be out there for a new one to be supplied. (just basic, nothing flash req'd)
