Pipe leak in kitchen - underfloor

Hi, we've recently had underfloor insulation installed through Community Energy Action. The workmen found a pipe leak in the kitchen while down there and taped it up as a temporary fix. How much would it possible cost to have it replaced? Thank you very much.
