Find water pressure/presence of inline filter

I have a leaky kitchen tap which I have claimed manufacturer warranty. They would like to know the water pressure and also if an inline filter is present before they can action the warranty (possibly tighten the catridge). Please supply a quote to find this out and write up something for the manufacturer. House built in 2007. Also would be great if you can give a separate quote on the cost to supply and install a pressure regulator - to limit to less than 500Kpa (if the current pressure is found excessive)
