New Hot Water Cylinder

Hi Please price to provide and install a new hot water cylinder of Rheem or equal quality. The cylinder should be 300 L, and suitable for installation outside. I have attached a sketch of where the cylinder should go which is just outside the laundry. The time-switch will also need repairing - see photo. The crawl space is plastic lined and crawl-able, but the manhole is a bit tight. Feel free to also offer an alternative to put the cylinder in the ceiling space if you think this will work.
