Job is to install gully trap and toilet connection point at exterior of new ensuite and connect all into existing lateral probably in earthenware, 3.0m away (excludes internal plumbing - toilet, vanity, bath and shower will be connected already or after your work). Work will NOT be inspected by council, all through exemption, will just need as built on completion. Excavations will be done so work will be ready to complete anytime from 24 May A price please.
