Leaking hot water cylinder

Leak has developed and noticeable water in drip tray. May be coming from lower part of cylinder behind white fitting in pictures (water/rust stain). Its unfort up in the roof space in the middle of the house accessible by manhole in garage. Noticed leak today when went up to wrap cylinder. The age of the property is about 23-25 years. Last checked early Feb and no leaking then.
