Outdoor Tap Install - Wooden Piled House

I'd like to get a garden tap installed at the back of my house. It's a wooden piled house with underfloor crawl space. The tap will be located near the kitchen. Have added a photo of where I'd like the tap in relation to the kitchen. Would like to get it done soon but it isn't super urgent.
