Leaky taps in kitchen and bathroom
Job description
The tap in our kitchen leaks from the part where the hot and water parts connect together (the base of the main tap). The house is built in the 70s and I'm assuming this is the original tap. The cold tap in our bathroom also leaks and needs to be turned very tightly to make it only leak a little bit. I'm also assuming the taps in the bathroom are original. We are looking for someone to correct these issues- it may be that we need new taps or it may be easier to fix then that- we just want it sorted! In addition to this, every now and then the shower randomly leaks a fair amount of water and then stops (about every 10 minutes or so). But then it seems to fix itself- it has not been currently doing this, although it did use to be a problem.
