Moving a Laundry from House to Garage

I want to get quotes to get my laundry moved from my house to my garage. The garage has water and waste already. On top of the garage we have a self contained flat that has power, water and waste. In one of the photos you'll see a services tube that brings the services up to that flat. I'm hoping it'll be as simple as tapping into the water and waste that is already there. Photo 1 is current laundry Photo 2 is of a pipe in garage wall that I am assuming is water. Photo 3 is of where we ideally want the laundry to go and the services tube
