Toilet is constantly draining in to the bowl after flushing, but if I tighten the tap the cistern doesn’t fill up after flushing. Alternatively if I open the tap up then the cistern spits water out the top after flushing leaving water all over the floor (I think this is the main issue hence me having to keep the tap a bit tighter?)
