New valve, washer, timber support

As per our building report it says as follows: The hot water cylinder is 180 litres and was manufactured in 1991. It has a plastic water header tank in the roof space and is supported in place by the shelving and the walls. The header tank is running into the overflow tray and to the exterior of the unit through the overflow pipe so the valve in the tank requires a new washer or may require the valve to be replaced. The tray is sagged and full of water so requires another timber support under the tray to overcome this issue.
