Plumbing for a new ensuite, existing bathroom and laundry

We are looking to put in a whole new ensuite (2.5m2 approx) it will have a shower, basin and toilet. Existing bathroom just needs current plumbing upgraded and new plumbing added for a toilet. Laundry is currently a w/c so may just need the plumbing converted to fit the washing machine and the toilet removed. The washing machine is currently in the kitchen and we may utilise this plumbing in the future when we upgrade the kitchen. Plumber must be familiar with the CCC Exemption from Consent form and be willing to give us a certificate or the like that they have done the work to the building code. We also need a plumbing and drainage plan of the whole house for the Exemption from Consent. We would be looking at completing the work within the next few months. Any further questions let me know.
