Fix leak in laundry taps - leaking behind wooden plate and possibly into wall
Job description
My uncle went to fix a leak in at least one of the taps a few months ago. It looks like this didn't work. Today I noticed water stains on the wallpaper (they are wet), a drip hanging off the wood panel edge, and a fungus growing out of the corner! Obviously this has been leaking for a few months and possible into the wall and onto the floor. I also have another tap that needs a washer replaced in the laundry.

Danny expressed interest in the job within an hour of posting it. A time was made for Danny to visit the next day (a weekend day). He came on time right to the minute. He diagnosed and fixed the tap leaks and removed soaked bits of wood from the wall. We even talked about a plan for future renovation to the laundry area to tidy up all the plumbing connections to a sleeker modern standard. I can recommend Danny and will remember to contact him again in the future.
