Having issues with the pressure valve on the roof leaking. Since it was installed to increase the water pressure. Has been cleaned out twice and it was noted there were plastic filings collected in the filter but it started leaking again only a week later. Photo is of the roof valve. Also a small leak in the bathroom needs looking at please.
