Leaking hot water cylinder
Job description
I've just discovered that my hot water cylinder has been leaking (from somewhere around the attachments at the bottom). It's dripping rather than gushing so not an emergency, but I would like to get it sorted out quickly. I've attached a photo of the problem area.

The company was easy to communicate with and provided good advice. They brought the wrong hot water cylinder but luckily we noticed before it was installed and they did quickly swap it for the correct one. They left a bit of a mess and didn't tidy up after themselves. The install was successful though and we are happy with the end result.

"A bit of a rough review considering the price was exactly what was excepted as a quotation.
The wrong cylinder was delivered by the plumbing merchant, but this mistake was noticed and the correct cylinder was delivered and installed without disruption to the job.
Our installer was instructed to "not worry to much with the sweeping up"the clients husband would do it.
Obviously hubby didn't agree.
Happy with the job but only a 3 score ? Not our easiest client"
